Our wide experience in this area comes from 26 years of sports and race car engineering expertise and spending quality time with each customer to analyse specific individual requirements.

Bespoke tailoring means - almost limitless body / interior colour combinations, a multitude of trim and style options and if you want something really unique, Marlin can create it!

This also applies to engine, transmission, wheels and tyres too. Cars can either be built with all new components, or with the option of a customer supplied - or Marlin reconditioned engine, for those who wish to maintain a keener price!

In this high paced world time is often very precious and although many would crave an individually crafted sportscar - especially tailored to their own specific needs and tastes, finding the time to build a whole car from scratch, or develop the necessary skills, is often not a practical option.

…Which is why we offer a variety of build service options.

Individually Crafted

At Marlin we are proud of the fact that no two cars which leave the factory are ever the same - and that's because no one Marlin owner has the same tastes and preferences as another.

How would you like your sportscar sir - Traditional or Modern ? Not choices you get with many cars!

We start with discussing what looks like a deceptively simple set of options - Engine preference and how much power? What colour would you like? Aero screens and tonneau cover, or tilt & slide windscreen with hood? What instruments and where would you like them located? Which style of steering wheel and gear lever? Automatic or manual transmission?

We then check how tall you are and your preferred driving stance. We even enquire as to your partner's preferences …just in case you may want to share it!

Armed with this information, we can now put together a detailed build sheet for our craftsmen. Thus allowing them to create a perfect reflection of each customers own specific needs, desires and personal requirements. - To make for your total driving pleasure.

Partially built factory crafted Sportster from £ 10,995 (you supply and fit powerplant)
Fully built factory crafted Sportster from £ 13,745 (you supply powerplant)
Fully built factory crafted Sportster BMW 2.5ltr/3.2ltr from £ 16,000 (Marlin reconditioned BMW powerplant)

• Upon collection each owner is presented with a detailed photographic album recording the build of their car.

• Each of our new sportscars are individually and rigorously examined by the governments Vehicle Inspectorate Executive Agency to meet stringent requirements laid down for Single Vehicle Approval.
